What happens if I have any concerns with the services provided?
Should you have any concerns as outlined between our office and client, these should be reported within 24 hours of service date. We also welcome accompanying images to highlight your concern. We guarantee to send a staff to correct the issue in the mentioned areas within 48 hours. As always, we promise you a WOW experience!
Can you accommodate our specific scheduling needs?
We understand that all our clients are different and might have specific requests, therefore we offer flexibility in our schedules to accommodate your custom needs.
What measures do you take to minimize disruption to our business operations?

How can I Book a Cleaning?
Our booking process is simple and straightforward. Whether for a general cleaning, a deep cleaning or a move in / move out cleaning, select the appropriate option. The main difference between them is the recommended cleaning time that is required. All of our quotes are based on the number of hours spent cleaning. If your space requires more hours than you book to complete everything to a high standard, the cleaners can stay longer and add extra time as needed. The main objective is to complete the cleaning to a very high standard of cleanliness.
What don’t we clean?
We don't clean: human / pet waste or bodily fluids, vermin infestations, exterior windows or unsafe balconies or anything that can't be reached with a step stool. We can load and start your dishwasher. We will only clean accessible areas and cannot clean areas that we can’t physically reach. If you have high ceilings or hard to reach places, please mention this during the booking process and send us photos to ensure we are equipped to clean to your satisfaction.
Are your employees certified and trained in the cleaning Industry?
All our employees are certified in the cleaning industry. Additionally, each employee has gone through customised training to suit their area of specific expertise. We also undergo regular training to ensure that each employee is kept up to date with the latest cleaning techniques.
